Cool video! Just curious, is there a special type of concrete and sealer/paint you use for this? I have an old brick fountain that leaks and wanted to redo the interior of it. Have not been able to figure out the best way to do it

If anyone is watching this and tried it. Don’t run the skimmer line like they did all under the pool. You want as less like under the pool as possible. Main drains and floor heads are different, but things will break from settling and running what plumbing you can around the pool rather than under it is a lot cheaper to fix. Glue joints go bad things crack etc. it cost way more to drown your pool, bust threw the plaster, and then threw the gunnite to fix the leak and to repair all that. Also don’t run any plumbing in the pool wall if you can keep from it

I think the 1 inch of gravel for the pool desk is gonna cause problems later. Should of dug out 4 inches of the top soil and put down 4 inches of gravel. Just saying.

By watching this video now I understand why the science stream such as engineering or archithect is a very expensive knowledge.Seeing the process to cut off the grass using the excavator including the design/the work plan and the workers involved.Everyting is costly and no wonder why we pay a lot of money for constructing swimming pool
